Good to know
- Columnry reads PDFs that contain real text, which is what online banking usually produces. Scanned or photographed statements (images) are not supported: there is no OCR. The app tells you when a PDF has no text.
- Statement layouts differ a lot. Always check the result, especially the balance check, before you rely on it.
- Password-protected PDFs work if you know the password. Columnry cannot remove protection you don't have the password for.
Questions
How do I pay with USDT?
Send the exact amount shown, on the TRON network (TRC20), to the address shown. The cents in the amount identify your order, so please don't round it.
When do I get the key?
We check payments several times a day and e-mail the key once the payment is confirmed, usually within 24 hours.
I don't have USDT
Choose PayPal instead and write the order ID in the payment note.
What if it doesn't work with my statement?
The free preview uses exactly the same converter, so please test your file first. If you have a problem after buying, e-mail us with your order ID and we will try to help.
Can I get a refund?
Please test your files with the free preview first. Sales are final unless the law requires otherwise; if a paid export fails, contact us with your order ID and we will look into it.
Is my statement uploaded?
No. Columnry runs in your browser. The converter page is not allowed to send data anywhere, and it keeps working offline.
What does it cost?
Previewing the whole statement is free, and you can export the first page (up to 20 rows). A 30-day pass costs $9 and a lifetime key costs $29, paid once.
Does it work with my bank?
It works with most text-based PDF statements, whatever the bank, because it reads the layout rather than using a fixed list of banks. Try your file with the free preview first.
